Changing society: changing ourselves

Today, the team of Jashn-e-Ishqa met RJ Sayema at Film City. The discussion, weather and chai made perfect combination for Ishq. The conversation diverged from the event too the theme and to Ishq. 

Once Ishq was mentioned, there was no stopping. From coffee mugs to music, from guitar to love letters, everything was shared. The love of a teenager to that of a puppy running towards you. The various forms love presents itself in, the various packages. 

From the obsencity in Manto's stories to the longing of Heer, how could one not see love in the air. Only the perspective, the mindset needs to be adjusted a little more. 

To conclude it all, there was a question. A very essential one. 

"Love, Ishq is a feeling. Why search for a name to bind it in?"
